Company founder
Company founder Hermann Ritter began his career in a lithography quarry with the ‘Solnhofer Schichten’ in his birthplace of Mörnsheim. Through numerous positions he worked his way up to become an authorized representative for one of the German stone companies before setting up his own business in 1985.
Basic training from working in the quarry (Jura area / Mörnsheim) in all sectors, which led to qualifications from quarry worker to draughtsman to authorized signatory and facade consultant or expert (publicly certified expert from 1987) – covering all hierarchies, all construction stages and all construction eras from solid buildings to ventilated facades.
